Finding an ideal matching Counselor has never been faster, and we’ll help you along the way.

We only match you with counselors who are in-network with the insurance you have listed on your request. We encourage you to confirm coverage by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance identification card or checking your health insurance provider website.

In-Network indicates that your counselor has a contractual agreement with your insurance company to accept your coverage. Selecting an in-network provider usually results in a lower cost to you. However, you'll be responsible for items not covered by your insurance (i.e., copays, deductibles, and co-insurance).

Out-Of-Network indicates that your counselor does not have a contract with your insurance company. If you select an out-of-network counselor, you're responsible for the entire cost of care, and payment is due at the time of service. You may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company; check with them for an explanation of your benefits.

You can remain anonymous during the matching process. However, to make an appointment with your new counselor, we'll need a limited amount of information before your first appointment. We'll never share or sell you're information to any agency or third-party. Your privacy is our first priority.

It's vital to us that only highly qualified counselors participate in Thrivelution. We verify each counselor's NPI (National Provider Identification) and licensure in each state. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact your state's Department of Licensing website to verify your counselor's credentials.

Matching is instant. You'll quickly receive the best matches for you, have the ability to read profiles, and watch personalized videos. If the counselor seems like a good fit, reach out when you're ready. You'll be connected within 24 hours and can start the process of scheduling your first appointment.

Once you're matched, your counselor will be notified through our system and will connect with you within 24 hours via your preferred contact method (email, call, or text).

Counselors are licensed by state, so in-state moves won't affect your relationship with your counselor. If you move out of state, feel free to come back and visit our website so we can help match you with a new counselor in your new location.

Absolutely. Use your profile link on social media to share information about your services, boost your website traffic, and grow your practice. You'll also have a Thrivelution badge you can proudly display in your office to increase credibility as a verified Thrivelution counselor.

Clients complete a detailed questionnaire that highlights the qualities they're seeking in an ideal counselor. We then match them with counselors that fit their criteria - you'll only be visible to your ideal client. This saves you time by eliminating wasted sessions.

If the client agrees with the match, our system will directly message you, and you can personally reach out to the client and schedule an appointment.

That's perfectly okay. Clients connect with authenticity. You don't need to have a professional film crew to create great visual content. Our members-only resource center is loaded with tips and tricks to help you create photos and videos that show the authentic you.

Once we match you with your ideal client and you accept the connection, we'll provide you with their contact information. You'll then have 24 hours to connect with them and schedule your first session.
